From London and the South:

• Take the A12 towards Lowestoft.
• On arrival at Ipswich take the A14 towards Felixstowe, cross the Orwell Bridge, then take the second exit back onto the A12 towards Lowestoft.
• At the second roundabout, take a right turn to Adastral Park.

From the Midlands and the North:

• Take the A14 after Cambridge to Ipswich.
• Follow the A14 towards Felixstowe, cross the Orwell Bridge, then take the second exit onto the A12 towards Lowestoft.
• At the second roundabout, take a right turn to Adastral Park.

By Train:

The nearest mainline rail station is at Ipswich.

Ipswich is just over an hour from London by train. It is served by both Anglia Railways, which operates Intercity services, and Great Eastern’s commuter service. The companies combine to operate four trains each hour during the day, Monday to Saturday. Trains are slightly less frequent in the evenings and on Sundays.

Adastral Park is located approximately seven miles from Ipswich station, where buses and taxis are available. For Adastral Park, take the number 66 bus or, during peak periods, the X66 bus (both signed Martlesham). The service operates every 15 minutes through the day and more frequently in peak periods. Journey times are in the region of 40 minutes.
