At New Ventures Partners, we’ll know it when we see it. In essence, we’re looking for an opportunity waiting to happen. We most frequently collaborate with leading researchers and engineers -- patent applications in hand -- to develop and assess a realistic business concept.

Once we identify an opportunity that has the potential to be a leader in its category, we fully commit ourselves and our network to developing a business plan, building a solid management team, and raising the necessary capital.

To determine the fit within the New Venture Partners investment model, please use the following guidelines:

  • An underleveraged or underutilized corporate asset.
  • A technology or concept ready for commercial product development that is not seeking capital for additional research.
  • A product and underlying technology that is meaningfully differentiated along dimensions that matter to potential customers.
  • Preliminary research suggesting there are customers willing to pay for the product or service.

If your proposal fits our criteria, please tell us more.
